The course is video-based. It consists of 3 video workshops of max 90 minutes for the whole team plus 3 short videos for the team leader. These equip the team leader to run the team sessions and support the team in learning.
The team only spends 3 x 90 minutes, which can be scheduled exactly when there is time. There is no need to coordinate with external consultants as the manager facilitates the process.
The video-based course is approximately 75% cheaper than similar face-to-face courses. And the return on investment is still excellent.
The video format and the two languages (the videos are available in both Danish and English) make the course easy to use in global organizations where not everyone is in the same place.
