Det har været et så fint forløb med mange gode snakke. Det har været en fordel, at vi i ledergruppen tog den først og de derefter tog den på teamet. Det har også været godt at alle teams skulle igennem, da det har givet et fælles sprog i hele huset. I ledergruppen er vi også blevet mere opmærksomme på adfærd og har taget nogle snakke med nogle medarbejder. I de samtaler, har det været godt at kunne henvise til kursuset, som de alle har været igennem. Så vi er glade og tak for et godt kursus.
Jeg har kørt forløbet på to teams. Et hvor graden af psykologisk tryghed var høj, og et hvor der var en masse underliggende konflikter. Jeg var overrasket over at forløbet faktisk gav værdi i begge tilfælde. Vi fik nogle erkendelser i det 'velfungerende team' som vi ikke havde en team bevidsthed om, og vi fik mulighed for at snakke om de velkendte udfordringer, på en ny måde i det andet team - så alt i alt gav det nogle erkendelser og god energi på den korte bane, og nogle aftaler om at genbesøge opgaverne, for at sikre at vi ikke får tilbagefald. Opgaverne var det der gav mest værdi, men de kan selvfølgelig ikke stå alene - den mest værdifulde opgave, handlede om at skrive ned hvad der var svært - her var opgavens udformning, men en semi anonym brainstom, overraskende virkningsfuld - selvom anonymiteten var kompromitteret af antallet af deltager, håndskrift, og kendetegnende formuleringer, så var det som om at 'den falske anonymitet' gav folk mod til at komme ud med mere sårbare handlinger/bekymringer. Jeg og mit team, var meget skeptisk i starten - en workshop der basere sig på videoer lyder som noget en lidt for smart økonom har udarbejdet for at holde omkostningerne nede, og der var en vis bekymring for om dette nu blev endnu en kedelig enetale fra lærdet - der blev det på ingen måde.

Danni is actually a civil engineer in robot technology, but he has since 2014 been involved in developing managers and teams. Among other things, this has led him to a master's in Management and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University. Charismatic and sharp are some of the words that customers usually use to describe Danni. He is good at challenging others on their point of views and he is an attractive storyteller who can inspire and motivate most people. When Danni is not at work, he is a father with capital F and races around the country to badminton tournaments.

When you meet Morten for the first time, you will quickly discover that you are dealing with a very welcoming and curious person. He is a man who really listens to what you say. How much time does the program require from the leader and the team?
The team will participate in two team sessions of approximately 2 hours each, in total about 4 hours. Additionally, the leader's or facilitator's preparation time totals approximately 1 hour in total.
What languages is the program available in?
Danish or english.
How long do we have access to the material?

Can the sessions be conducted virtually for teams that are not physically together?

Which team sizes can the program accommodate?
The program has been tested with teams ranging from 2 to 25 employees and works perfectly well with teams of that size. In the facilitator guide, we provide guidance on how to facilitate for both large and small teams.
