I ran the program with two teams: one with a high degree of psychological safety and one where there were many underlying conflicts. I was surprised that the program actually added value in both cases. In the ‘well-functioning team,’ we had some realizations that we hadn’t been collectively aware of, and in the other team, we were able to discuss familiar challenges in a new way. Overall, it led to some insights and positive energy in the short term, as well as agreements to revisit tasks to prevent regression.The tasks provided the most value, though they can’t stand alone. The most impactful task involved writing down what was challenging—set up as a semi-anonymous brainstorming exercise, which was surprisingly effective. Even though anonymity was compromised by factors like participant numbers, handwriting, and distinctive phrasing, this ‘pseudo-anonymity’ seemed to give people the courage to express more vulnerable thoughts and concerns.My team and I were initially very skeptical—a workshop based on videos sounded like something devised by an overly clever economist trying to cut costs, and we were concerned it might turn into yet another dull lecture. But it didn’t feel that way at all.

How much time does the program require from the leader and the team?

The team will participate in two team sessions of approximately 2 hours each, in total about 4 hours. Additionally, the leader's or facilitator's preparation time totals approximately 1 hour in total.

What languages is the program available in?

Danish or english.

How long do we have access to the material?

1 year from the date of purchase.

Can the sessions be conducted virtually for teams that are not physically together?

Yes.

Which team sizes can the program accommodate?

The program has been tested with teams ranging from 2 to 25 employees and works perfectly well with teams of that size. In the facilitator guide, we provide guidance on how to facilitate for both large and small teams.
