- We process the personal data received in order to complete our courses in which you are a participant.
- Based on, among other things, the personal data received about you, we analyze data and prepare reports on, among other things, feedback, which forms part of our service to our customer, who is your employer or the person or company that has hired Feedwork to conduct the course.
- Finally, we process the personal data received for the purpose of Feedworks' analysis of completed courses and for the purpose of keeping statistics on the results and conclusions of the individual courses.

- We collect, process and store general personal data about you, including, in particular:
- Name, email address, telephone number, job position, work area, service team, and who your employer is.
4. WHERE AND HOW THE PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED
Personal data received through our website:
- We collect the personal data about you on our website when you fill out our contact form on the website.
Personal data received in connection with the course:
- We collect personal data about you when you complete the questionnaires used in connection with the course.
- We also receive personal data about you from your employer or the person or company that has hired us to conduct the course in question.
5. RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA
- Only your employer or the person or company that has hired us to conduct the course and Feedworks employees have access to your personal data.

6. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal information is kept secure and confidential.
- We cannot say in advance how long we will keep your personal data. However, we can state that your information will be retained until we have completed the project and report for which your information has been collected.
7. THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting your employer, the course manager or Feedwork using the contact information provided in point 1.
- If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously notified consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this point on.
8. SAFETY AND PROTECTION
- We have established and maintain necessary measures to protect your personal data.
- If we are exposed to a security breach where we believe that there is a high risk that your personal data may be misused, we will notify you as soon as possible of the security breach. We will also inform you about what we have done to reduce the risk of misuse of your personal data and how you can protect your personal data yourself.
