Danni is actually a civil engineer in robotics, but since 2014 has been involved in developing managers and teams. Among other things, this has led him to a master's in Management and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University. Charismatic and lightning-sharp are some of the words that customers usually use to describe Danni. He is good at challenging and an attractive storyteller who can inspire and motivate most people. When Danni is not at work, he is a father with a capital F and races around the country to badminton tournaments.

How much time does the program require from the leader and the team?

The team will participate in two team sessions of approximately 120 minutes each, totaling about 4 hours. Additionally, the leader's or facilitator's preparation time totals approximately 60 minutes in total.

What languages is the program available in?

Danish and english.

How long do we have access to the material?

1 year from the date of purchase.

Can the sessions be conducted virtually for teams that are not physically together?

Yes.

Which team sizes can the program accommodate?

The program has been tested with teams ranging from 2 to 25 employees and works perfectly well with teams of that size. In the facilitator guide, we provide guidance on how to facilitate for both large and small teams.
