How do you strengthen feedback in a giant company across locations?
Alexandra is a stubborn problem solver who loves challenges, and has a solid overview of processes, goals and all the parts in between – and luckily she uses her skills as a project manager at Feedwork. Besides being incredibly curious, Alexandra is empathetic with a capital E, has a special ability to understand other people, and always ensures that everyone is seen and heard. Alexandra is a very optimistic person - and often infects others with both good humor and enthusiasm for projects. A real ray of sunshine in an office. In her spare time, she loves exercising body and mind through yoga, running and expanding her knowledge through research topics such as; children, the nerve system, emotional intelligence, the connection between body and psyche etc. But most importantly - SHE IS A MOTHER, and her world extends from her children/husband and outwards.
