We humans love to give each other good advice because it feels good and seems like the right thing to do. However, the problem is that good advice often creates more resistance than benefit because fundamentally, we prefer to arrive at our own solutions. Therefore, it often has a greater impact to ask good questions that promote reflection in colleagues and at the same time allow them to decide their actions themselves. In this workshop, you will learn exactly how to transition from giving advice to asking questions, and achieve enhanced collaboration and results.
Professional, well-prepared, and practices what they preach. Strong recommendations from me!

Since 2016, we at Feedwork have conducted workshops for more than 5000 employees and managers in over 150 different private and public organizations.
Engagement and Activity
Most participants in our workshops and programs report feeling highly inspired and engaged during the sessions. We believe that learning happens best when people are given the opportunity to reflect and experiment with new things in practice. Therefore, our workshops are characterized by high participant activity through exercises, case studies, group and plenary discussions, polls, and other engaging tools.
Theory is a foundation
As learning and leadership enthusiasts, we continuously follow the latest research and studies on learning, leadership, motivation, psychology, and organization. This means that our workshops are always updated based on the latest knowledge in the field. Theory is important, but even more crucial is translating and applying theory to fit into your everyday life. Therefore, we use theory as a starting point for our sessions, but alongside participants, our primary task is to translate theory into practical application within your organization.
Training and practical experience
We know that practical exercises and the experiences gained through them are crucial for building competencies among employees, which is why practical exercises and case work are always prominent in our workshops for participants.
Focus on small victories
Initiatives often fail when we aim too broadly. Therefore, we try instead to zoom in on the few most important situations in your everyday life—right where healthy communication and tools can make a significant difference. For some, it may be during department meetings, for others, it could be in the development process with their clients, or perhaps 1:1 conversations with employees should be your focus. We prefer to ensure that things work rather than letting broad focus dissipate.
Can one workshop create a new culture?
No, not on its own. Workshops serve as elements in a cultural change but need to be supported by daily leadership, organizational structures, and the overall competency level within the organization.
What does a workshop cost?
The price varies depending on the level of customization and the final content structure. Feel free to contact us for an estimate tailored to your organization.
Can a workshop be shortened to 2 hours or extended to 4 hours?
These workshops are designed for a duration of 3 hours, as in our experience, this provides the best balance between time spent and participant benefit. The concept has been tested and found effective, hence it serves as our recommended approach. If you have specific reasons for adjusting the workshop length, we are open to discussion.
What prerequisites are required for participants to attend the workshop?
Most of our workshops are designed to deliver valuable outcomes regardless of participants' prior knowledge. Therefore, there are no specific preparation requirements unless communicated otherwise over the phone.
How do virtual workshops function?
Each workshop has a virtual counterpart. This means exercises, breaks, and materials are tailored for the virtual format. Our workshops are facilitated to enhance engagement through exercises, polls, and tasks in breakout rooms. Workshops can be conducted using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or the Demio platform.
What if we have more than 20 participants?
If you anticipate significantly more than 20 participants, we typically make special efforts to ensure participant engagement. This may involve additional facilitators or dividing the workshop into smaller groups. Sometimes, we use a combination of a general presentation for everyone, followed by workshops for smaller units, teams, or departments.
